DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

Delivery Policy

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–6 working days after order confirmation.

  • For handcrafted or made-to-order articles, delivery may take 8–16 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during sales, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions).

  • Orders are dispatched only after successful order confirmation via Robo Call or WhatsApp confirmation message.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer a hassle-free exchange for size or article issues.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 Days of receiving the parcel.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • In case of price difference, the customer will need to pay the difference (if applicable).

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Discounted or clearance sale items.

  • Customized or handmade items (unless damaged or incorrect).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear after delivery.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges of exchange at doorstep (Rs. 250) are non-refundable.

  • Customers are advised to check the parcel at the time of delivery (where applicable).

  • Sheem reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
